Speed control – re-engaging, engagement zone & out of play, ref discussion
Agility – pack skating, breaking through/around walls
Lateral motion –  body blocks and surging in a pack, directional play, ref discussion
Blocking – man up vs wall up, big hits vs smalls hits, surging walls, finding the threat
Revise:
Endurance, Stops (Plow, TATS, T-Stop), Pack Awareness (Pack & Paceline) Weaving Paceline Hip Checks
Pace lines, pack skating, surging
Suggested Drills:
Endurance – Sprints, push-pull Stops - Speed Control, sprint starts Pack Awareness (Pack & Packine) – (hip check contact only), walls, zig-zagging, hide the sausage. Endurance – Partnered endurance Stops - stopping between cones (shorter distance. R-stops. Pack Awareness (Pack & Packine) – Pack & Paceline – 2 teams. Hips checks Weaving Paceline – Blocking.
